Our services include:

Minor Surgery Service

Providing treatment for epidermal cysts, excision of skin lesions, lipomas, in-grown toenails and haemorrhoid banding.

Dermatology Service
Addressing skin conditions such as Acne, Eczema Psoriasis, Dermatitis, Bowen’s disease, Connective tissue disorders, Icthyosis (“fish scale”) disorders, Fungal infections, Blistering diseases, Lichen planus and sclerosis, Alopecia, Urticaria/angio-oedema, Infestations, Gravitational disease, Diseases of the hair, nails and mucosa, Drug rashes, Hyperhidrosis.
Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Service
Conditions treated include: Microsuction of ears and examination under microscope/Aural Toilet, Removal of foreign body, Wax removal, Epley Manoeuvre, Cleaning of mastoid cavities and regular follow-up of mastoid cavities, Epistaxis, Nasal obstruction (e.g. from nasal polyps), Allergic rhinitis, Chronic rhinosinusitis/ Sinusitis, Nasal Allergy and recurrent tonsillitis/pharyngitis.
Cataract Service
Providing patients who have been diagnosed with a cataract (who have been referred by an Optometrist or their GP via the Referral Support Service) with a choice of providers for their pre-operative appointment, assessment for surgery and surgical procedure. Cataract surgery involves replacing the cloudy lens inside your eye with an artificial one. The service also arranges for post-op follow-up to be provided by a suitably accredited high street Optometrist, from a choice of providers, so receiving care closer to their home
Hernia Service
Local Anaesthetic Hernia repair service for patients with an abdominal hernia.
Circumcision
Medically necessary male circumcision : permanently removal of the foreskin from the tip of the penis, under Local Anaesthetic
Vasectomy Service
Non-scalpel vasectomy service delivered by trained Reproductive Health Care clinicians.
Musculoskeletal (MSK) Management and Treatment Service
MSK management and treatment of problems for patients aged over 18. The service provides a range of therapeutic injections including for: ankle, elbow, feet, hip, knee, shoulder, hands/ fingers, other muscles, tendons, fascia and ligaments.
Non-Obstetric Ultrasound Service (NOUS)
A procedure, sometimes called a Sonogram, that uses high-frequency sound waves to create an image of part of the inside of the body.  The service allows patients a quicker and more efficient access to ultrasound, assisting with diagnosis of a range of conditions including general abdominal issues, musculoskeletal and gynaecological concerns.
Echocardiography Service (ECHO)
A scan used to look at the heart  and nearby blood vessels. Adult routine echocardiography service for patients with heart conditions, either suspected or diagnosed. Assistance with the management of on-going conditions.
Breast Pain Service
A specialist service focused on common, non-cancer breast pain issues, including on-going management of such conditions.
Minor Hand Surgery Service
For the treatment of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Trigger Finger or Thumb.
Anticoagulation Monitoring Service
Medicines which help prevent blood clots.  These are given to people at risk of getting clots, in order to reduce their chances of developing serious conditions such as stroke and heart attack. Supporting patients who are currently receiving anticoagulation therapy. Therapy management to minimise the associated risks of thrombosis or stroke.
Vaginal Ring Pessary Service
A devices made or rubber (latex) or silicone is inserted into the vagina and left in place to support the vaginal walls and pelvic organs.  A service to assist women using vaginal pessary rings, including the insertion of new pessaries and also the renewal or removal of them.
Heliobacter Pylori (H.Pylori) Service
Testing for an H.Pylori infection.   Providing the Urea Breath Test to help diagnose and manage patient with gut health issues.  This involves the taking of a drink containing urea (a chemical which is broken down by H. Pylori) after which your breath is checked.
